Tiger: Installation done, migrating accounts

The installation worked, I added the two jumbo patches to get the system to 10.4.2, no problems so far.
The Migration Assistant is churning away at the moment. Would have been nice if you had a choice of applications and folders to migrate (maybe I just could not find the option, though).
Let's wait and see...
