Rexx?

There is an article at Linux.com called Why Linux needs Rexx.
I kind of recall using it on a mainframe and my Amiga, of course. The author states that Rexx allows to code either procedural or object-oriented. Well, the same goes for Perl, but the article is an interesting read anyway.
